Engagement Programme

September - October 2020

Thank you to everyone who has participated in our activities; sharing their priorities in our May – June programme of events and giving us feedback on the initial design ideas in our summer exhibition.

Since May we have held 23 events, a 1 month long physical and online exhibition reaching 1421 people. We had a total of 2462 attendees across all our events, collecting 4436 pieces of feedback

We have listened to all your feedback and in this next phase will be sharing the developing designs.

Have your say on Redesigning Grosvenor Square Autumn 2020
As part of this next phase, we want to test the developing design ideas with you. These reflect the feedback from our summer exhibition of initial design ideas and build on responding to the Grosvenor Square Community Priorities that you told us were most important.

We invite you to participate and feedback in a variety of ways:

- OPEN AIR EXHIBITION in the Square will be running from the 22nd September, or available to view online and listen to at bit.ly/GSdesigns

- You can also MEET THE TEAM in the square on various dates across September and October.

- Talk to the design team at the online DESIGN DISCUSSION by booking your free place at bit.ly/GSdesigntalk

- Attend a free TUESDAY TALK in the Square with experts from the design team, themed to what you told us is important. Book your place at bit.ly/grosvenorsq

- Come explore all things playful in our free PLAY WORKSHOPS with play focused landscape architects Davies White Ltd, sign up at bit.ly/grosvenorsq.

The safety of attendees is our priority. All of our events will strictly follow government social distancing and hygiene guidelines and will adapt according to changing circumstances. If there are any changes we will keep you informed.

There will be limited spaces for workshops and talks so please book ahead at bit.ly/grosvenorsq or by calling 0203 735 7629. All information will also be available online and if you have any questions please get in touch.
