Grosvenor Square has been reimagined as an inclusive public space for all ages and abilities, and is designed to invite learning, community connection and a shared sense of belonging.
New natural play areas have been introduced, creating playful, exploratory spaces for young people and children to reconnect with nature within the Square.
The Wheatsheaf Building offers programmes run by London Wildlife Trust for children and adults to learn about biodiversity, the environment, climate change and the square’s rich history.
A café kiosk is housed in The Wheatsheaf Building in the Square. Serving light refreshments including sandwiches and cakes, as well as coffees and cold drinks, all proceeds will be reinvested into the running of the education programme.
There are three public toilets at Grosvenor Square, including a fully accessible toilet.
There are over 350 places for people to sit.
Filtered drinking water is provided through drinking fountains at the Square.
